What is Water Jet Cutting?
Water jet cutting is a cutting-edge metal fabrication process that utilizes a high-pressure stream of water, or a water-abrasive mixture, to cut a wide range of materials. This technology stands out for its:
Precision
Delivers incredibly clean, precise cuts with minimal material distortion.
Versatility
Cut a vast array of materials, from soft foams and plastics to thick metals like titanium.
Cold Cutting
Unlike plasma or laser cutting, this process generates no heat, eliminating heat-affected zones and warping.
The States Engineering Advantage
States Engineering equips your projects with the benefits of water jet cutting through our industry-leading OMAX 120X Jet Machining Center.
