Flawless Design and Delivery
D & J Manufacturing is an aluminum foundry. When we needed to upgrade our system to increase our sand volume and do it in a more efficient manner, we could not find the hoppers we needed to fit our application. So we decided to get them custom made, States Engineering helped us tremendously from the design process to the final product. They were able to take our needs and put into a concept and manufacture exactly the hopper with feeder belt we wanted, not only did they help with all our questions concerning the installation but the delivery was in a timely fashion. These hoppers with feeder belt have helped us increase our productivity with less man power being used in the loading process of the sand. Now we have been able to use that man power in other areas that have helped increase our production. We are very happy with States Engineering and will use them in future projects.
