Double Bucket Elevator
A heavy-duty, V-belt drive couples the shaft mounted speed reducer to the TEFC heavy-duty motor. The head section includes a lagged herringbone head pulley and oversized, head shaft with roller bearings. A safety guard protects personnel from the V-belt drive. The fully assembled boot section features a winged, tail pulley and oversized shaft and bearings. Plus an ample, screw type take-up for tensioning and tracking the elevator belting.
All access doors are built with hinged door covers and heavy-duty latch handles. And the extra width of the double wide casing provides more room for service. Although States rugged construction of structural components makes servicing the Double-Wide Bucket Elevator minimal.
